Both our doctors are experienced, highly trained dentists, whose passion for their profession is difficult to overestimate. Committed to helping patients achieve better dental health as well as smiles they feel good about, Drs. Amin and Hopeck devote significant time and attention to each patient. Ramsey A. Amin, D.D.S.
Dr. Amin earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, graduating in the top 1% of his class. He spent the next years at the University of Pittsburgh where he completed fellowships in oral and maxillofacial surgery as well as in dental anesthesiology.

In addition to his extensive educational training, Dr. Amin is an Anesthesia Examiner for the California State Board of Dentistry. This means that he certifies other doctors in sleep dentistry techniques. He is known for his expertise in both surgical and prosthetic implant dentistry, including augmentation procedures. He is certified in advanced cardiac life support.

Dr. Amin was recognized for superior scholarship and potential while he was a student. He is a member of the OKU Honor Society and Pierre Fauchard Academy, two of dentistry's highest honors.

His keen interest in all aspects of dentistry has kept Dr. Amin involved in his field and with his peers. He is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the Academy of Osseointegration, the American Dental Association, and the California Dental Association.

Tara Hopeck-Amin, D.M.D.
Dr. Hopeck is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Prior to earning her dental degree, she graduated cum laude from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. She continued her training during a general practice residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital associated with the UCLA School of Dentistry.

Besides her commitment to comprehensive general dentistry, her delicate touch allows her to treat patients who are fearful of dentistry with exceptional results. She also offers sedation (sleep dentistry) for her fearful patients. As a female dentist, Dr. Hopeck offers patients a unique perspective on cosmetic procedures. She has an eye for aesthetics and relates exceptionally well to the diverse needs and goals of patients.

Dr. Hopeck is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the California Dental Association. She travels extensively to attend many continuing education courses, allowing her to keep up with the very latest techniques in cosmetic and implant dentistry. She is well versed in all aspects of general dentistry and has received several honors and recognition for her skill.
